TIT FOR TAT

One day, a worker in the factory misbehaved with a teenaged female worker finding her alone in yarn godown, Tejpal Singh Dhama came to know all about that and he decided to teach the worker a lesson. He forcibly took the worker to barber shop and tonsured him. After that Dhama arranged for a donkey and made the worker ride on that. He blackened worker’s face. Then he made the donkey to stroll on the paths of the factory. Every one saw this. One of the managers, Jai Bhagwan asked Tejpal “Why are you behaving with this worker, so badly?” Dhama explained the whole matter. Dhama’s action had a very positive effect on all the workers and with in no time they became more disciplined and well behaved. Managing Director noted this and he promoted Dhama as preparatory incharge.
